I have been asked to give an artist talk to students at The Skaftfell Center for Visual Art in Seyðisfjörður, Iceland on 16/02/11 at 17:00. I’ll be discussing the methods of my strange work habit & possibly might even read a few passages from my work in progress, Somewhere Between a Town & a City. Tonite I will be discussing my recent work at the SÍM House at Hafnarstræti 16 in Reykjavík, Iceland. The discussion will start at 20:00 & there will be good drinks served. The talk will also include other international artists & I’ll finally get to use my Apple Keynote Remote App. More information can be found on the SÍM Website.
New Exhibition at Gallerí Crymo will be opening on 10/16/10. Moonshine & tea will be served at 17.00.
They will be premiering a new installation, PERFECT STRANGER as well as some large format prints.

Wise choices were made on which cafés & bars in Reykjavík received the limited print.
A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream and the scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on its back. The frog asks, “How do I know you won’t sting me?” The scorpion says, “Because if I do, I will die too.”
The frog is satisfied, and they set out, but in midstream, the scorpion stings the frog. The frog feels the onset of paralysis and starts to sink, knowing they both will drown, but has just enough time to gasp “Why?” Replies the scorpion: “Its my nature…”
